Fire Types love to talk and you are known for being eloquent and expressive. When to of balance, you can sometimes talk too much or too quickly, be dramatic and have a tendency to be emotionally volatile.
The season associated with the Fire Element is summer. Summer is all about fun, excitement and joy. Fire Types create intimacy and connection easily when you are in balance.
However when out of balance the Fire Type can get anxious and suffer from insomnia and palpitations. You’re prone to overheating and can suffer acne and skin rashes. Because the heart is the organ most associated with the fire element, you are also prone to circulatory problems.
Some Gentle Suggestions:
Balance your sociable nature by taking time to be alone each day. This connection with yourself will allow you to have the connection you want with others.
Writing in a journal or meditating helps balance you when you feel frenetic. Because you want to give and receive love, it’s best to clear out excess energy and fine-tune your ability to be joyous and giving without feeling scattered. By writing or meditating, this allows you to prioritize what’s important.
Fire types respond well to regularity and that includes regular small meals.
It’s best to try and avoid foods that are too spicy and include in your diet bitter foods, such as leafy greens and cooling foods such as pears, cucumber and yogurt.
