What I Believe
I’m not a conspiracy theorist. I’m a practitioner who’s been paying close attention for twenty years.

1.
The body is intelligent and wants to heal itself.
Most chronic symptoms are not the body malfunctioning — they’re the body communicating. Fatigue, inflammation, pain, anxiety, brain fog, hormonal imbalance — these are almost always signals of underlying disruption, not the problem itself. My work is to decode the signal and remove what’s interfering with healing.

2.
Food, water, breath, and sleep are medicine.
And they’re more powerful than most prescriptions. Our food supply has become increasingly synthetic. Our soil is depleted of the minerals our bodies need. Our water carries pharmaceutical residues, PFAS, microplastics, and chlorine. These foundational exposures shape every cell. I take them seriously in every treatment plan.

3.
The systems most of us trust have documented conflicts of interest.
Pharmaceutical companies fund a significant portion of medical research, medical education, and media advertising. The FDA has approved ingredients that are banned or restricted in the European Union, Japan, and many other countries. This isn’t conspiracy — it’s regulatory public record. I practice with this awareness and help my patients navigate it.

4.
Symptoms are messengers; treatment should address root causes.
Pharmaceuticals and surgeries can be necessary and even life-saving. But they should not be the default starting point for every chronic issue. Before we suppress a symptom, we should ask: why is it here? What is the body trying to tell us? My approach is diagnostic first, prescriptive second.

5.
Ancient wisdom and modern science belong together.
Chinese medicine carries thousands of years of observation and pattern recognition. Functional diagnostics and modern biomarker testing give us tools our ancestors didn’t have. I refuse to choose between them — the patients who heal most profoundly are the ones who let both traditions inform their care.

6.
You are your own primary healer. I am a guide.
The most important work happens between sessions — in your kitchen, your bedroom, your relationships, your nervous system. My job is to offer information, framework, and space for you to implement what your body already knows. Empowerment is the goal. Dependence is not.
